1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Be in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
We do not accept returns for:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Lingerie, swimwear, or any item for hygiene reasons unless defective.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
2. How to Request a Return

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the shipping address.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
